Services
Three things I build for trade and field service businesses. Each one is designed to run without an ops team watching it.
Website + Online Booking
Most trade business websites were built five years ago by a nephew with a Squarespace account. They load slowly on mobile, have no booking flow, and send every inquiry into a contact form that goes to an email nobody checks. Customers who find you on Google bounce within ten seconds.
I build Next.js sites that are fast by default, mobile-first, and built around the way trade customers actually make contact: on their phone, usually between jobs, usually deciding in under a minute whether to call or move on. Cal.com handles the booking side, which means jobs land directly in your calendar without anyone having to answer a phone.
For UAE clients, I build with English and Arabic RTL support from the start so you can serve both markets from a single site. The full project takes two to three weeks from brief to live, includes one round of revisions, and comes with a handover so you can update your own content without calling a developer.
What's included
- Next.js site, mobile-first, sub-2s load time
- Cal.com integration with your existing calendar
- Service pages built around your specific trade and service area
- English + Arabic RTL support for UAE clients
- One round of revisions
- Live in two to three weeks
- Handover documentation so you can update content yourself
How it works
- 01We have a one-hour call. I ask about your services, your customers, and what you want a new customer to do when they land on your site.
- 02I build the site and send you a preview link. You give feedback, I revise.
- 03We go live. I handle the deployment and DNS.
- 04You get the handover. Your site, your login, your content.

Common questions
- Do I need to provide copy and photos?
- I can work with what you have. If you have no photos I can use stock imagery or recommend a photographer. For copy, I can draft it based on our briefing call, or you can provide your own.
- What about ongoing maintenance?
- The handover covers how to update your own content. For structural changes or new features, I'm available on an hourly basis.
- Can you work with an existing site?
- Sometimes. It depends on the platform and what needs to change. Book an audit and I'll tell you honestly whether a rebuild or an update makes more sense.
AI Receptionist
Every trade business misses calls. The owner is on a job, the office manager is at lunch, it's 8pm on a Sunday. Each missed call is a lead that called the next person on Google instead. Voicemail is not a solution. Most customers hang up rather than leave a message, and most voicemails go unreturned for days.
The AI Receptionist answers every call, qualifies the lead, and books the job directly into your calendar. It uses a script built around your specific services, your service area, and your booking rules. It handles common questions, captures the customer's details, and syncs everything into ServiceM8, Jobber, or Google Calendar so you don't have to log anything manually. You get a monthly summary of every call it handled and every lead it captured.
This is the same system I build and ship through Grace AI, a live SaaS platform serving Australian trade businesses. When I build one for your business, it's configured specifically for you: your name, your services, your prices, your booking rules. It sounds like your business, not a generic call center.
What's included
- Custom voice agent configured to your business
- 24/7 call answering, no voicemail
- Lead qualification and job booking
- Calendar sync with ServiceM8, Jobber, or Google Calendar
- Monthly call summary and lead report
- Escalation handling for calls the agent cannot resolve
How it works
- 01We have a briefing call. I learn your services, your service area, your booking rules, and how you handle edge cases.
- 02I configure the agent with your script, connect it to your calendar and field service software.
- 03You test it. We adjust the script until it handles your calls the way you want.
- 04Your business phone forwards to the agent. It handles calls from that point forward.

Common questions
- Will it sound like a robot?
- No. The voice is natural and the script is written to match how your business actually talks to customers. Most callers don't know they're speaking to an AI unless you tell them.
- What happens if it can't answer something?
- It takes a message and flags the call for follow-up. You get notified. Nothing falls through. The escalation behavior is configured during setup based on how you want to handle edge cases.
- Can it book into my existing calendar?
- Yes. It integrates with ServiceM8, Jobber, and Google Calendar. If you use something else, ask me and I'll tell you whether it's supported.
- What if I already have a phone system?
- You forward calls to the agent's number. No need to change your existing phone setup. When the agent books a job it goes straight into your calendar, same as always.
Operations Layer
Some businesses have the website sorted and the phone covered, but the back end is still running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and software tools that don't talk to each other. Jobs get quoted in one place, invoiced in another, scheduled in a third, and the owner spends two hours a day moving data between them.
I build the integrations and internal tools that close those gaps. CRMs configured around how your business actually works, not around how a generic SaaS product assumes you work. WhatsApp automations via n8n that confirm bookings, chase unpaid invoices, and follow up on estimates without anyone having to remember. ServiceM8, Jobber, Gmail, and Outlook connections that make sure the same data is in every system the moment it changes.
This work is custom-scoped. Every business is different and I build around your actual workflow rather than selling you a template that requires you to change how you operate. Before we scope anything, I'll ask to understand how jobs move through your business from first call to invoice paid. The scope and quote come from that conversation.
What this covers
- Custom CRM or internal dashboard built around your workflow
- ServiceM8, Jobber, Gmail, Outlook integration
- WhatsApp automation via n8n
- Quote, booking, and invoice flow automation
- Data consolidation across existing tools
- Ongoing support and iteration as the business changes
How it works
- 01We have a workflow call. I ask how a job moves through your business from first contact to paid invoice. No assumptions.
- 02I map the gaps and identify what automation and integration would actually save time.
- 03I scope the work and send a fixed quote. You approve before anything is built.
- 04I build, test with your real data, and hand over with documentation.
Let's scope it
Common questions
- Do I need to switch software?
- No. The goal is to make what you already use work better together, not to replace it. If your team uses ServiceM8, that's where jobs stay. I add the connections around it.
- How long does it take?
- Depends entirely on scope. Simple integrations take a week or two. A full custom CRM is a longer project. I give a fixed timeline when I scope the work so you know what to expect before you commit.
- Are you trying to sell me something at the end?
- Only if the audit shows something I can actually fix. Most of the time it doesn't. If it does, I'll say so at the bottom of the audit. Otherwise you get the three findings and that's it.
